THE IDEA | A IDEIA "Ragazzo" is our new project of a pizza restaurant and take away in Espinho. The driving concept is to offer the traditional Italian idea of Pizza: made from scratch with Italian ingredients in an original Italian oven, coming froom Italian recipe and hands. "Ragazzo" é o nosso novo projeto de pizzaria e take away em Espinho. O conceito é oferecer a ideia tradicional italiana de Pizza: feita de raiz com ingredientes italianos num forno italiano original, proveniente de receitas e mãos italianas.

ABOUT | SOBRE The Pizza Master is Simone, Italiza pizzaiolo and entrepreneur born in 1981. He baked his first pizza at the age of 17 and since then is passionate about the traditional way of how to make pizza, other italian baked goods and the hospitality industry. After having worked and lived in Italy, Australia and Germany, he settled in Portugal, in a town called Espinho, with his little international family realising that the offer of affordable and good Italian pizza as an everyday dinner is missing. O Mestre das Pizzas é Simone, pizzaiolo e empresário italiano nascido em 1981. Fez a sua primeira pizza aos 17 anos e desde então é apaixonado pela forma tradicional de fazer pizza, outros produtos de pastelaria italianos e pela indústria hoteleira. Depois de ter trabalhado e vivido em Itália, na Austrália e na Alemanha, estabeleceu-se em Portugal, numa cidade chamada Espinho, com a sua pequena família internacional, apercebendo-se de que faltava a oferta de uma boa e acessível pizza italiana como refeição diária.
